  3. Test Air Saver Switch Activation
  4. Test Facepiece Pressure
  5. Test Primary Lockup
  6. Test Primary Creep
  7. Test Transfer
  8. Test Secondary Lockup
  9. Test Secondary Creep
  10. Test High Pressure Leakage
  11. Test Standard Breathing Rate
  12. Test Max Breathing Rate
  13. Test Gauge Accuracy 
  14. Test Low Air Alarm Activation
  15. Test Purge

  3. Disassembly of Tools
  4. Deep Inspection of Blades (Spreader and Cutter)
  5. Clean Tools and Components
  6. Apply New Grease
  7. Reassemble Tools
  8. Post Service Operational Test

PUMPS


  1. Visual Inspection
  2. Test Pump’s Operation
  3. Disassembly of Pump
  4. Deep Inspection of Reservoir 
  5. Clean Interior and Exterior of Pump
  6. Fill Fluids (Hydraulic Fluid and Motor Oil) 
  7. Replace Air Filter and Spark Plug
  8. Post Service Operational Test (Tool Operating Pressure of 10,500psi)
